I CANNOT give a higher recommendation to Amanda!!! She truly has a gift that you will treasure for a lifetime. Circa 10 years ago I wanted to do a boudoir session as a gift to my husband. I bought a session via Groupon and never went (I wasn’t confident in my skin to do it!) Almost 11 years later, I decided to find a local boudoir photographer. I hastily made my appointment (because I still wasnt comfortable but let’s face it I am not getting any younger). The day of my appointment I was terrified (I almost cancelled), but the moment Amanda met me at the door I felt at peace. Amanda has the most amazing personality! While getting my hair and makeup done I felt like a model. I couldn’t believe it was me when they turned the mirror. The makeup artist, Amanda too… (was so much fun with such an inviting personality) listened to my desires and really captured exactly the look I was hoping for….so now to the photo session. Amanda is your biggest FAN!! She could tell I was nervous but she knew exactly how to calm my nerves. In less than 15 minutes, I not only was comfortable in my skin, but I felt so confident and gorgeous! Her energy and remarkable personality makes you feel like you deserve to be on a runway with Victoria Secret models. This gift was originally supposed to be for my husband but after walking out of her studio it was so much more than that…..for the first time in my life I felt confident and fearless as a woman who had been through a lifetime of experiences that had changed and altered my physical appearance. The day we received our photos package my husband was speechless. I was unable to get his attention for hours and he was mesmerized by the pure genuine beauty that Amanda captured, his words:
“This is THE single greatest thing I’ve seen in my entire life!!! I love love love love it!!! You look soooooo good! Some elegant, some beauty, and some just smoking hot!!! I am blown away and sooo happy!!! 😘 “

I'd been thinking about doing a boudoir shoot for a while. On a whim I messaged Amanda and she almost immediately returned my message. I talked with her and booked the appointment. I'm SO glad I did! She made me feel so comfortable. Upon walking in she greeted me with a hug and a smile. Immediately felt at home. While being pampered and made to look flawless we chatted and laughed about life's journeys. The shoot was fun and in no way uncomfortable. Her bubbly personality made it all that much easier.

As someone who generally can be seen in torn jeans, a band shirt, and a messy ponytail ... I can tell you, I haven't felt so beautiful or sexy in a long time. I went into the process thinking this would be an awesome gift for my husband, and came out of it realizing the experience was incredibly beneficial for me as well. Amanda was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, walked me through every step, and really listened to me. Ivette, the makeup artist, was incredible! The studio is professional and inviting and makes you want to take awesome pictures. I can't recommend this enough. Especially for moms who lost their sexy a while ago. I engaged with Boudoir Magic as a gift for my wife as a last minute surprise. Amanda and team were incredible, and they made my wife see herself the way I see her her everyday… I hadn’t been photographed previously and I was not really expecting to also be a part of the magic Amanda created. Amazing photographer! Hair and makeup was done beautifully and I've never felt sexier. She made me super comfortable and was laughing with me the whole time. She did the poses with me so I wasn't confused at all.

Amanda with Boudoir Magic did such a great job with my maternity shoot. I showed up looking like a bridge troll and she and Ivette (her hair and make up artist) made me look great. We had so much fun and she has everything you could possibly want or need on site. Highly recommend doing this pregnant or not pregnant.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! An immaculate professional from start to finish. From the moment I reached out to the end of our session, I knew I was in good hands and was never left wondering what to expect. Ivette made sure I looked like a goddess in less time than it takes me to get ready in the morning, and Amanda made sure I was comfortable no matter what we were doing or shooting. You can tell she is attentive and perceptive when it comes to instructing and directing for the best photos possible. She is kind, enthusiastic, and so fun to be around! My expectations were beyond exceeded both by the experience of shooting with her and by the phenomenal results. If you're thinking of booking, this is your sign to do it ASAP!

As someone who has always wanted to do a boudoir shoot, I was already very excited for the experience. Of course, nerves hit right before it all, but all anxiety went away within just a minute or two of talking to Amanda and Ivette. The experience I had at Boudoir Magic with Amanda was a remarkable one that will hold a permanent place in my heart. Not only is she an exceptional photographer, but she makes you feel so comfortable it's like you're at home there. Amanda Owens at Boudoir Magic is the best and works magic. This was the best road trip (4 hours) I have ever taken. I did a lot of research to make sure she would be the best and she is. I was so comfortable and I’m ready to come back. I had an album made for my husband but I’m thinking it is mine. Is that really me? Yes. I am beautiful. More road trips to see Amanda in the future.

I have been self- conscience for a very long time. After having kids obviously everything on my body changed. I decided to do this photoshoot for my husband as a Christmas present. But I never knew how much it would really be for myself. Amanda did amazing I cannot express in words how great she was. From the moment I talked to her on the phone to meeting her for the photoshoot I was at ease and so comfortable. Being insecure I knew my anxiety was going to be high, but I was so comfortable and so excited I never had anxiety at all. The worst part was picking the photos for my husband’s photobook. I am still just dumbfounded at these photos and still can’t believe they are me. It is an amazing feeling to have someone capture you in a way that you have never seen before and make you truly feel amazing. This is the best decision I could have made for myself. From the moment I met Amanda, all the nerves I had about doing my shoot melted away. she was absolutely made to do this job! I responded to a post she made looking for tattooed women to pose for her on a whim and immediately wished I could take it back until I met her in person. And of course, the talented Ivette Noemi, the makeup artist responsible for making me look beautiful the days of my shoot. I just want to start off by saying Amanda is a amazing beautiful soul. She makes you feel like you are the most beautiful woman in the world.

I have always wanted to do pictures like this but could never bring myself to. I was so nervous but from the time I got there she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. By the time I was done I felt so beautiful about myself.

Plus the pictures are amazing. They were a anniversary gift for my husband who is oversea’s working. I sent him the digital copies I got and now he is planning to come home for a visit sooner than I was expecting (which is great).

For any woman that is thinking about this just do it. You will absolutely love it.

Soooo where do we start? Amanda made me feel very comfortable from before we even met. Her makeup artist did a great job, she had tonnnnss of outfits to choose from... I was a little worried about finding something that fit right because I’m short with some watermelons but it wasn’t a problem! She walked me through the whole shoot and I had tons of fun. I want to write a little note for anyone who is wondering if they can or should get boudoir pictures...the answer is YES!!

Absolutely!! Listen, I had every excuse in the book on why I couldn’t...”I’ll do it when I lose 20 more lbs”, “maybe next year I’ll feel better”, every excuse.
